Many home buyers find that using local Camarillo, California lenders (with rates very comparable to online mortgage brokers) help ease some of the stress of moving. Home buyers have more personal service, and the mortgage companies have a better relationship with appraisers and other real estate professionals. Ask about adjustable rate loans if you are guaranteed to be relocated out of Camarillo within the next 5 years. I had a friend who found a 40 year adjustable with 5 year fixed rate. He knew that he had guaranteed relocation buy-out at the end of his assignment so he wasn’t worried about building equity. He ended up paying less than half in a mortgage payment than he would have paid in rent! Short on cash? There are many mortgage lenders in Camarillo that now offer 100% financing – no down payment certainly helps keep moving expenses down!
Camarillo is a city in Ventura County, California, United States. The population was 57,077 at the 2000 census. A January 1, 2006 California Department of Finance estimate lists the population at 64,034. It is located in the eastern Oxnard Plain, with the Santa Susana Mountains to the north, the Conejo Valley to the east, and the western reaches of the Santa Monica Mountains to the south. The Ventura Freeway (U.S. Route 101) is the city's primary thoroughfare. Camarillo is named for Adolfo Camarillo, one of the few Californios (pre-1851 California natives of Spanish ancestry) to retain his holdings after the arrival of Anglo settlers. Like most Ventura County cities, it is noted for its resistance to urban sprawl. Some of the most desirable land in the city limits, located on both sides of the Ventura Freeway, is permanently zoned for agricultural production. -- Source: Wikipedia.com AskMe a Question About Camarillo, CaliforniaTo ask a question or make a comment about Camarillo, California Click Here.
